Based at their busy Underwood facility, you will be the operational "anchor" for the site, supporting a team that keeps Australia fed.

The Role

This is not "just a reception role." While you will be the face of the site, your primary focus is providing high-level administrative, financial, and systems support to the production and distribution departments. We are looking for a SAP-proficient administrator who thrives on variety and takes pride in site compliance and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems & Finance: Use SAP daily to raise Purchase Orders (POs), perform reconciliation, and maintain accurate pricing data.

• Site Access & Security: Manage the site boom gates and serve as the first point of contact for visitor arrivals and compliance.

• Procurement & Inventory: Full ownership of ordering and maintaining stocks of PPE, office equipment, and essential inventory for production and distribution.

• Data & Ad-hoc Support: Utilise Intermediate Excel (data tracking/sorting/maintenance) to assist various departments with reporting and administrative projects.

• Facility Coordination: Book and manage maintenance services for the site to ensure all equipment and facilities remain operational.

• Location: Underwood, QLD

• Salary: $85,000 Package (Temp-to-Perm)

• Work Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

• Flexibility: Choice of start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM

Selection Criteria

• SAP Experience: (Mandatory) Prior experience using SAP for POs or data management is essential.

• Technical Literacy: Competent in the MS Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills.

• Versatility: You are as comfortable greeting a CEO as you are reconciling a complex spreadsheet or managing site access.

• Communication: Clear, professional communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
